Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. All eligible returns and exchanges come with a free downloadable pre-paid return label.

How do I return or exchange a product?

  2. Include your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and photos if the item is defective.

  3. We’ll email you a free pre-paid return label and instructions.

  4. Pack your item in the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail or approved courier.

Are exchanges accepted?
Yes — exchanges are always accepted within the 30-day return period for a different size, colour, or even a different product.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method in British Pounds Sterling (£).
